3.1 Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Certain programmes may have additional prerequisites or recommended experience levels, which will be clearly communicated during the enrollment process.

3.2 Registration: All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Programme Access: Upon enrollment confirmation and payment receipt, you will receive access to the programme materials within 48 business hours. Access duration varies by programme and will be specified at the time of enrollment.

3.4 Attendance Requirements: For scheduled sessions, participants are expected to attend punctually. Repeated absences without prior notice may result in programme suspension. Recording of sessions requires prior written consent from Terrace Wealth.

5.1 Ownership: All programme content, including but not limited to curriculum design, teaching methodologies, presentations, handouts, and digital materials, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Terrace Wealth. No transfer of ownership occurs through participation.

5.2 Limited License: Participants receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use programme materials solely for their own educational benefit during the programme duration.

5.3 Copyright Protection: All content is protected by Singapore copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution may result in legal action and programme termination without refund.

6.1 Currency: All fees are quoted and payable in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise specified.

6.2 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during enrollment. Payment must be completed before programme access is granted.

6.3 Fee Structure: Programme fees cover tuition, materials, and support as outlined in the programme description. Additional services may incur separate charges.

6.4 Price Adjustments: Terrace Wealth reserves the right to modify programme pricing. Changes do not affect existing enrollments but apply to subsequent program cohorts.

6.5 Taxes: Where applicable, Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added to programme fees in accordance with Singapore tax regulations.

8.1 Educational Purpose: All programmes are designed for educational purposes only. Content should not be construed as financial advice, investment recommendations, or professional counsel specific to your circumstances.

8.2 No Guarantees: While we employ experienced educators and proven methodologies, Terrace Wealth makes no guarantees regarding learning outcomes, financial results, or investment performance resulting from programme participation.

8.3 Service "As Is": Programmes are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that content is error-free, complete, or current at all times.

8.4 Professional Consultation: Participants are encouraged to seek independent financial advice from licensed professionals before making financial decisions based on programme content.

9.1 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Terrace Wealth's total liability for any claims arising from or related to programme participation shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific programme.

9.2 Excluded Damages: Terrace Wealth shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, investment losses, or data loss.

9.3 Financial Decisions: We accept no responsibility for financial decisions made based on programme content. All investment and financial decisions remain your sole responsibility.

9.4 Force Majeure: Terrace Wealth is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.

10.1 By Participant: You may withdraw from a programme at any time by providing written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

10.2 By Terrace Wealth: We reserve the right to terminate your participation immediately without refund if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or disrupt the learning environment.

10.3 Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your access to programme materials ceases immediately. Obligations regarding intellectual property protection and confidentiality survive termination.

10.4 Data Retention: Terrace Wealth may retain certain information as required for legal, accounting, or operational purposes following termination.

11.1 Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation to resolve disputes. Contact us at [email protected] to begin this process.

11.2 Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation through the Singapore Mediation Centre before proceeding to arbitration or litigation.

11.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

11.4 Language: These Terms are prepared in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.

12.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any programme-specific addenda, constitute the entire agreement between you and Terrace Wealth regarding programme participation.

12.2 Amendments: Terrace Wealth may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12.3 Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

12.4 No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

12.5 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. Terrace Wealth may assign these Terms without restriction.
